AI just blew up my content plan

AI just blew up my content plan. And honestly… I’m not even mad.

Back in October, after years of procrastination, I finally started documenting my Accelerated Digital Delivery manifesto — a practical playbook for organising delivery teams to move faster, with less friction.

At the heart of it were four timeless principles:
Trust. Clarity. Visibility. Consistency.
All grounded in creating real ownership within teams.

The plan was clear:

* Explore how to structure delivery workflows
* Demystify tools that actually work
* Dive deep into what a meaningful process really looks like

And then… AI happened.

Well, it had already happened. But suddenly, everyone stopped whispering about it and started asking:

“How can we use AI to speed things up, without breaking everything else?”

Six months ago, using AI felt a bit like a guilty secret. Now it’s the centre of every conversation I’m having.

The funny thing is: the fundamentals haven’t changed.

We still need clear workflows. We still need trust, clarity, visibility and consistency. But now we’re layering in the biggest innovation since the web itself.

AI isn’t replacing accelerated delivery thinking, it’s amplifying it.

So yes, my content plan is changing.
But it’s not a pivot, it’s an evolution.
And I can’t wait to share what comes next.
